We're so excited to have you join us at HubSpot.
We've put together this resource page to give you access to helpful information and resources so you can prepare for your first day.
In order to create an equitable and consistent onboarding experience for all new hires, all incoming interns will attend orientation and first week's onboarding programming virtually.
Beginning in your second week, @flex and @office interns will be able to come into the office, gather your wristband and go to your assigned desk! You will receive additional information about this on your first day.

First Week Schedule
Orientation will be held virtually for ALL interns regardless if you are @flex, @office, or @remote intern/co-op.
@Flex and @Office interns will be able to come into the office, gather your wristband and go to your assigned desk in Week 2.
You will get access to the joining link when you set-up your computer on your first day.
Technology Set-Up
On the morning of your first day, you're going to receive an email in your personal email inbox with the subject line "HubSpot Sent you a secure message".
Please follow the instructions in this email to log into Mimecast, our secure messaging portal. In Mimecast, you'll find a message regarding how to create a corporate password, as well as instructions for logging into your computer for the first time.
I-9 Verification & Background Checks (US Only)
The purpose of the I-9 process is to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States.
Background checks are administered through a third-party vendor Sterling and they will reach out for 2 most recent and relatable work locations and your latest education degree.
