Accessing Your Computer & Tools
(Self Paced E-learnings)
On the morning of your first day, you're going to receive an email in your personal email inbox with the subject line "HubSpot Sent you a secure message". Please follow the instructions in this email to log into Mimecast, our secure messaging portal. In Mimecast, you'll find a message regarding how to create a corporate password, as well as instructions for logging into your computer for the first time. Once you are logged into your computer, you'll navigate through a second e-learning to get logged into various systems and tools. If you run into challenges, please refer to the "IT Office Hours" listed here:

If you run into any challenges logging into your computer or tools, our IT Team hosts "IT Office Hours" for our new HubSpotters to ask questions. Office Hours are 100% optional and are only necessary to attend if you have a question about setting up your technology.
