Accessing Your Computer & Tools
(Self Paced Elearnings)
On the morning of your first day, you're going to receive an email in your personal email inbox with the subject line "Happy First Day! Access Your HubSpot Accounts". Please follow the instructions in this email to log into Mimecast, our secure messaging portal. In Mimecast, you'll find a message that contains your HubSpot username and password, as well as instructions for logging into your computer for the first time. Once you are logged into your computer, you'll navigate through a second elearning to get logged into various systems and tools. If you run into challenges, please refer to "IT Office Hours".

After you have logged into your computer and various systems and tools, you'll join the "Welcome to HubSpot" live session. Timing and details can be found below.

What's after Foundations?
Your Foundation for Success:
Your initial onboarding program is 2 days from approximately 9:00am - 5:00pm your local time. During training, you'll be immersed into HubSpot's Culture, Products, Mission, and how YOU will directly and positively impact them!
All our training sessions are time zone inclusive with a combination of asynchronous and instructor-led trainings.
Once you've completed Foundations, you'll begin role-specific onboarding. We'll share more details at the end of HubSpot Foundations.
