Onboarding from India Office
What you will be provided with on your first day?
Your laptop will be issued to you on your first day when you arrive at the office. We will guide you through setting up your laptop & accounts. Please do take back your laptop with you at the end of each day for security reasons and bring it back the next working day.
In your "HubSpot Tech Kit" you will also receive a headset. Similarly, please take this back with you at the end of each day and bring it back the next working day.
You will also be receiving a laptop bag so that you can carry your IT equipment to and fro with ease!
What to bring with you on your first day?
We are going to send your personalized HubSpot accounts and laptop access to your listed personal email! We ask that you bring a personal device that can access your email to ensure you have full access to your password and username on Day 1.
Whether it's a jacket to keep yourself warm, a water bottle to stay hydrated or any other essentials, please bring what you need to set yourself up for success working in the office.

How to get to the Office:
We are located at Office #04B-105 and #04B-114, WeWork Cherry Hills, Embassy Golf Links Business Park, Challaghatta, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560071.
Here are some local public transportation details to the office:
- 2.5 km away Indiranagar Metro station
- Bus Transit available at 50 metre proximity (right outside business park)
Upon Arrival:
Upon your 8:30am IST arrival at the office, you will be greeted by a fellow HubSpotter at the reception of the WeWork office.

At the start of our India entity, we're bringing our teams into the office to build a strong HubSpot India culture which will evolve over time. As part of your onboarding experience, you participate in self-paced learnings and jump into Zoom sessions as part of the JAPAC HubSpot Foundations Program and onboard along with new hires from Singapore, Japan, and Australia. You will also have opportunities to network and interact with your fellow new hires in the India office outside of the Zoom sessions.
Working From The Office
Under local laws, there are strict security requirements that must be in place if we have any women working onsite during the "night". This is defined as 8pm to 6am the following day. Our current facilities are not set up for night work, so we will not allow any employee, regardless of gender, to stay on beyond 7.45pm. HubSpotters must vacate the office premises by 7.30pm.

If you encounter traffic or delays on public transportation, please email APACfirstday@hubspot.com. We know that commute times can be unpredictable, especially if you are taking a new mode of transportation or are new to the area. We recommend carving out a bit of extra time for your first day and enjoying this playlist that our People Operations Team put together to help ease your first-day jitters and get you excited for Orientation Day!
