Prior to your first day:
You'll receive an email from Workday, our HR system, where we maintain all your information. This is where you'll complete your onboarding tasks. When you log in to Workday, you'll have pending items in your inbox. If you are having any difficulty logging in to Workday, please email email@example.com.
You are legally required to complete your onboarding tasks prior to your start date in order for us to register you as an employee with the respective Colombian authorities.
Please complete the Workday tasks by the last Monday by of the previous month of your join date. For example, if your join date is 1st August, you will need to complete all the Workday onboarding tasks by the last Monday of July.
You must input your Colombian home address and bank account information in Workday.
In addition, you must download the Colombia Starter Form from Workday, complete it, then re-upload it into Workday with all the requested documentation outlined there to get set up on payroll. You can refer HERE for more information on the required payroll documentation.
Please ensure that all documents are not password protected.
To receive your first payment the month you are starting, you must complete the remaining Workday tasks prior to the 10th of the month.
If your information is submitted after the 10th, you'll receive payment the following month.
