Accessing Your Computer & Tools
(Self Paced E-learnings)
On the morning of your first day, you're going to receive an email in your personal email inbox with the subject line "Happy First Day! Access Your HubSpot Accounts." Please follow the instructions in this email to log into Mimecast, our secure messaging portal. In Mimecast, you'll find a message that contains your HubSpot username and password, as well as instructions for logging into your computer for the first time. Once you are logged into your computer, you'll navigate through a second e-learning to get logged into various systems and tools. If you run into challenges, please join our "IT Office Hours" for assistance.

It usually takes about 1 hour to set up your laptop and accounts. Office Hours are 100% optional and are only necessary to attend if you have a question about setting up your technology.

This is your first official session at HubSpot! During this time, you'll meet your peers, meet your facilitator, learn a bit about HubSpot, and also get an overview of HubSpot Foundations, our onboarding program. Let's wrap up our live session time by recapping some of the topics that you learn about, answer any lingering questions, and ensure that you're set up for success as for the next few days of HubSpot Foundations.
What's after Day 1?
Your Foundation for Success:
Your initial onboarding program is 4 days from approximately 9:00am - 5:00pm your local time, with scheduled breaks to eat and recharge. During training, you'll be immersed into HubSpot's Culture, Products, Mission, and how YOU will directly and positively impact them!
All our training sessions are time zone inclusive with a combination of self-paced and instructor-led trainings. New HubSpotters will have access to recordings for their review.
After Day 4, you'll begin role-specific onboarding. You will find out more about what this will look like once you officially start with us.
